Classical Conditioning
Neutral stimulus is associated with a natural response.
Operant Conditioning
A response that is more or less to reinforcement or punishment.
Classical Conditioning
When people make make connections between two different sorts of learning experiences - It's a learned response.
Observational Learning
Passive version of learning - When you see it, you can learn it.
Positive Punishment
When something that is undesired is given, in hopes to correct a behavior.
Positive Reinforcement
When a person gets something that they like for doing the desired task.
Negative Punishment
When something gets taken away in hopes to correct a bad behavior or action
Negative Reinforcement
When something is taken away, stopped, or avoided, a response or behavior gets strengthened.
Latent Learning
Not immediately in an overt response - Occurs without any obvious reinforcement.
Taste Aversions
When one has an experience with a certain food, they are no longer able to have that food because of the experience.
